Customers who have the extension installed are receiving alerts, which states the extension is “tracking your private shopping habits, and collecting data such as order history”.

Here’s the thing – Yes, they collect some information. However, it’s hardly a security risk. The data its collects helps it improve their service, as well as save people money online. If you are looking to save money on your purchases online, the extension is available for Chrome and Firefox.
