Microsoft Really Wants People To Stop Using Windows 7

Ever since Windows 10 came out, Microsoft has been trying to push people away from older versions of the operating system.  This can actually be annoying since Windows 7 is actually very stable. However, the problem here is that Microsoft no longer updates older operating systems, which leaves them at risk.

Soon, Microsoft will add full-screen notifications to Windows 7, to remind people that the operating system is out of its support cycle.  Users will have three options to dismiss the warning – The options include “Remind me later”, “Learn More”,  or “Don’t remind me”.

Since support for Windows 7 will end on January 14th, now might be the time to upgrade to Windows 10. You can purchase a copy for $129 at Amazon.
