Ever since the first foldable phone was designed, things haven’t gone well. Many phones have been damaged just from daily use. Even after all of the criticism and flaws, it looks like Motorola will design a mobile phone.
The phone is expected to be announced at an event on November 13th. While we don’t know much about the event, CNET reports the headline is “You’re going to flip”. This is obviously a reference to a foldable phone.
It’s rumored that the phone will cost $1,500. Its screen will be 6.2 inches, and it will house a 2,370mAh battery. This doesn’t seem like much, considering other phones are releasing with much larger batteries.
When it launches, it will come in white, or black and gold. Other specs include 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage. It will also have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, which operates at a clock speed of 2.25Ghz.
Hopefully, Motorola will have better luck than others. Foldable phones just don’t to be all that popular. Not only that, but the price seems awfully high. Then again, most phones are expensive these days – I shelled out $1,000 for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 recently.
